i loved high school musical- the disney original movie? personally, i thought it was gonna be an overrated teeny boper movie. at first- i hated vanessa anne hudgens and zac efron... typical pretty american boy and typical mexican looking girl... lo and behold. SHE'S PINAY! and... i ended up loving the movie.

it can be a tad bit she's all that, not another teen movie or a trimmed down version of date movie or a sappier more musical scenes added 10 things i hate about you... but something makes it "original" in a way. it has a variety, multinationalistic flair to it. have i told you that it has been the most successful disney project to date? here's a link... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_School_Musical if you want spoilers and such. here's my favorite song- when there was me and you sung by vanessa anne hudgens (the pinay)
