what i have thought of today:

- how to pacify pain when you have a bad case of stiff neck:
* sleep
*eat fruits (it made me sleepy, think of it- healthy sugar crash)
*sleep in a certain position, don't let your neck hang loosely too much. believe me- when you wake up, it'll really hurt.
*sit down if you're planning wo watch TV- if your bed has a headboard, put your pillows vertically to support your back
*take a day off. try to get as much rest as you can
*have a massuese come over and whack the pain right out of you
*or if you have those masagers that can be rolled like a rolling in or something- try having someone put lavender or camphor oil on the troubled spot and "roll the woes away"
*spray pillow spray on your pillows so you can forget about the pain and smell your pillows more

- i've also thought of ranting this concern.

I DO NOT INTEND TO HURT ANY HALE, CUESHE or and whoever is obsessed with effin "uso" mainstream culture but for gawd's sake, please recognize the artists, let me rephrase that the OTHER artists who are nominated too. whatever happened to ORANGE AND LEMONS? they're original, they even sang the PBB theme... but they're in the bottom of the polls for favorite song? i'm not patronizing anyone ok? but i'm hopin that SPONGECOLA would bring home the bacon, in the FAVORITE SONG category. and what's up with female artist favorite? RACHEL ANN GO tramples on SARAH GERONIMO, BARBIE ALMABIS AND NINA? WTF is wrong with filipinos?

MYMP? oh please. how many songs did they actaully write? 3? get me... s little bit? it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth that these artists don't write ACTUAL SONGS, but what compensates for that is that they do make good renditions. i give props to brownman revival's dino and dennis concepcion who wrote more than half of the songs (lintik and jeggae being favorites of mine) AGAIN, i'm not lionizing anyone. mahilig lang ako sa mga bagay at banda na hindi sinasamba at USO.

BUT THOSE ARE ONLY VERSIONS. how dare they????
